Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable Pyridinylamid-Verbindung, die als ATP-kompetitiver, reversibler JNK-Inhibitor (K_i = 2 nM, 4 nM und 52 nM für JNK1, 2 bzw. 3) fungiert und eine hervorragende Selektivität gegenüber 72 weiteren Kinasen aufweist. Hemmt die c-Jun-Phosphorylierung mit einem EC₅₀ von 920 nM in HepG2-Zellen. Blockiert vor allem das Wachstum von embryonalen PTEN-null-Fibroblasten der Maus.
