Beschreibung

General description

Intern abgeschrecktes fluorogenes Peptidsubstrat, enthält die C-terminale β;-APP (Amyloid β;-peptidpräkursorprotein) durch γ;-Sekretase gespaltene Aminosäurensequenz. Nachweisliche Sensitivität und Nützlichkeit für die Prüfung der γ;-Sekretase-Aktivität. Die Proteolyse an den Aβ;₄₀-, Aβ;₄₂- und Aβ;₄₃-generierenden Spaltstellen bewirkt eine verstärkte Fluoreszenz. Exzitationsmaximum: ~355 nm); Emissionsmaximum: ~440 nM.
