Beschreibung

General description

Polyamin, das eine wichtige Rolle bei der Regulierung der zellulären Proliferation und Differenzierung spielt. Wirkt als Inhibitor der Phopholipase C-α und als Aktivator der Phopholipase C-δ. Hat sowohl stimulierende als auch hemmende Wirkungen auf NMDA-Rezeptoren, abhängig von der Zusammensetzung der Untereinheiten des Rezeptors. Hemmt die neuronale NOS. Hemmt die DNA-Fragmentierung und die morphologische Apoptose.

Preparation Note
