Beschreibung

Application

Vegiton Caseinpepton-Sojapepton-Agar ist ein Allzweckmedium, das zur Kultivierung von einer Vielzahl von Mikroorganismen verwendet wird. Dieses Medium enthält keine Materialien tierischen Ursprungs.

Preparation Note

Suspend 40.0 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. If desired, aseptically add 5% v/v defibrinated blood in previously cooled medium (45-50°C).
