Beschreibung

Application

Brillantblau R-Färbelösung ist vor allem für die Färbung von Protein in Agarosegelen nach Immunelektrophorese- und Ouchterlony-Gelen entwickelt. Der Farbstoff enthält Ethanol und Essigsäure, daher müssen die Gele vor dem Färben nicht fixiert werden. Das Immunelektrophorese- oder Ouchterlony-Gel wird zunächst mit Wasser und Kochsalzlösung gewaschen, um nicht-präzipitierte Proteine ??zu entfernen, und anschließend getrocknet. Das Gel wird dann für 30 Min. in die Färbelösung getaucht und mit 10% Essigsäure entfärbt.

Auf Agarosegelen mit folgender Immunelektrophorese auf ihre Eignung getestet.
