Application

9-Anthroylnitril ist ein fluoreszierendes Reagens, nützlich bei der Derivatisierung von Glucocorticoiden. Es unterstützt ihre Detektion und Trennung mittels RP-HPLC. Es bildet fluoreszierende Ester durch Reaktion mit der primären Hydroxylgruppe an der Position 21 der C-Kette des Glucocorticoides.
