Questions

1–4 of 4 Questions
  1. Can NTA-ATTO 550 be used for in SDS-PAGE gel detection after staining with CBB G350?

    1 answer
    1. This product can be used for SDS-PAGE in-gel detection of His-tagged proteins; however, imaging after Coomassie staining with CBB G350 is not the preferred workflow. For maximum fluorescence signal, image the gel before Coomassie staining.
