General description
Mitochondrien, eine Doppelmembranstruktur, sind der Ort, an dem der Großteil der Energieproduktion in eukaryotischen Zellen erfolgt. Das Kit zur Mitochondrien-Isolierung enthält zwei Puffer: Einen Puffer zur Extraktion von Proteinen für funktionelle Studien und einen anderen Puffer zur Profilerstellung in Proteom-Studien. Zusätzlich enthält das Kit einen Aufbewahrungspuffer zur Erhaltung intakter Mitochondrien.
