General description
IgG sind aus Glykotproteinen bestehende Antikörper, die verschiedene Immunantworten modulieren. Kaninchen-IgG gegen Zielproteine werden oft als primäre Antikörper in unterschiedlichen Forschungsanwendungen eingesetzt. Deshalb sind sekundäre, mit einem nachweisbaren Substrat konjugierte Anti-Kaninchen-IgG nützliche Hilfsmittel für die Analyse der Zielproteine. Anti-Kaninchen-IgG-(Gesamtmolekül)-Peroxidase-Antikörper von der Ziege ist immunspezifisch für Kaninchen-IgG bei Immunelektrophorese gegen normales Serum und Kaninchen-IgG vor der Konjugation.

Application
Anti-Kaninchen-IgG-(Gesamtmolekül)-Peroxidase-Antikörper von der Ziege wird für Western Blots (1:6.000) und ELISA-Assays verwendet.
Eine Western-Blot-Analyse von C33A-Zelllysaten wurde durchgeführt, wobei HRP-konjugiertes Anti-Kaninchen-IgG von der Ziege als Sekundärantikörper verwendet wurde. Eine Western-Blot-Analyse von Proteinaliquots aus Kolonschleimhautextrakten (μg) wurde durchgeführt, wobei HRP-konjugiertes Anti-Kaninchen-IgG von der Ziege als Sekundärantikörper in einer Verdünnung im Verhältnis 1:5.000 in TBST für 1 Stunde bei Raumtemperatur verwendet wurde.
Es wurden eine Ko-Immunpräzipitation und eine Western-Blot-Analyse von C33A-Zelllysaten durchgeführt, wobei HRP-konjugiertes Anti-Kaninchen-IgG von der Ziege als Sekundärantikörper verwendet wurde.
Physical form
Lösung in 0,01 M phosphatgepufferter Kochsalzlösung, pH 7,4, enthält 1 % Rinderserumalbumin mit Konservierungsmittel.

Hergestellt mit der Periodatmethode, die von Wilson, M.B. und Nakane, P.K. in Immunofluorescence and Related Staining Techniques, Elsevier/North Holland Biomedical Press, Amsterdam, S. 215 (1978) beschrieben wurde.

This product is not assigned an expiration or retest date. When stored unopened at the recommended storage temperature of -20°C, the material is quite stable. Products with no assigned expiration date are covered by a warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment. This antibody may be thawed, aliquoted, and re-frozen upon receipt.
