General description
Der monoklonale Anti-Polyhistidin-Peroxidase-Konjugat-Antikörper erkennt native und denaturierte Formen von synthetischem Polyhistidin und mit Polyhistidin markierte Fusionsproteine. Das Produkt reagiert mit Fusionsproteinen, die von den prokaryotischen Expressionsvektoren pET, pRSET und pTrc exprimiert werden.

Biochem/physiol Actions
Der Antikörper erkennt synthetisches sowie natives oder denaturiertes Polyhistidin und reduzierte Formen von mit 6X Histidinen markierten Proteinen, die in ausgewählten Vektoren exprimiert werden.
Physical form
Lyophilisiert aus 0,01 M phosphatgepufferter Kochsalzlösung, pH 7,4, mit 1 % Rinderserumalbumin und 0,05 % MIT.
Preparation Note
Das Antikörperkonjugat sollte mit 0,5 ml entionisiertem Wasser rekonstituiert werden.
Hergestellt mittels der zweistufigen Glutaraldehydmethode nach Avrameas, S., et al., Scand. J. Immunol., 8, Suppl. 7, 7 (1978).
