Bromophenol Blue–Xylene Cyanol Dye solution is a tracking dye for nucleic acid electrophoresis in agarose or polyacrylamide gels including DNA sequencing.

Application

Tracking-Farbstoff für Nukleinsäure-Elektrophorese in Agarose- oder Polyacrylamidgelen einschließlich DNA-Sequenzierung.

Preparation Note

Geben Sie zum Lösen 5 mL Wasser in das Fläschchen. Die rekonstituierte Lösung enthält 0,5% Bromphenolblau und 0,5% Xylencyanol. Verdünnen Sie die Lösung 1:10 für Nukleinsäure-Elektrophorese in Agarose- oder Polyacrylamidgelen oder fügen Sie 4 Teile Formamid zu 1 Teil Farbstoff-Lösung für die DNA-Sequenzierung.
