The stability of this material following multiple freeze/thaw cycles indicates that a fine precipitate may be evident. However, the performance of the material was is effected. While it is recommended to use this product within 5 days of the initial thaw, it would be up to the end user to continue use following refreezing. General description
Das Zellkultur-Einfriermedium besteht aus DMSO als Gefrierschutzmittel und fötalem Kälberserum. In serumfreiem Medium wird das Serum jedoch durch Methylcellulose und Poloxamer 188 sowie andere Additive wie Ascorbinsäure, α-Tocopherol und Prolin ersetzt.
Application
Das Zellkultur-Einfriermedium DMSO, serumfrei, 1x wird beim Einfrieren von humanen neuralen Progenitorzellen (hNPCs), olfaktorischen Hüllzellen (OECs) und pigmentierten Netzhaut-Epithel (RPE)-Zellen verwendet.
