Human liver metastasis, moderately differentiated sclerosing adenocarcinoma. Cell Bank Australia reference number: CBA0164.

Preparation Note

Optimal split ratio 1:4-1:6 (seeding density 0.8 x 10⁴ cells/cm²). Cells incubated at 37°C with 5% CO₂. Harvest the cells using 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA at 37°C for 5-10 min.

RPMI-1640 (with 2mM L-Glutamine + 25mM HEPES) + 10% FCS, Insulin 0.6 μg/ml, Hydrocortisone 1 μg/ml, 1-Thioglycerol 10μM
