Application
Zur Verwendung als Ausfällungssubstrat zum Nachweis der alkalischen Phosphataseaktivität in der Immunzytochemie entwickelt. Primäre Anwendungen sind in der Immunhistologie, Immunblotting und Dot Blot. SIGMAFAST™ Fast Red TR/Naphthol AS-MX Tabletten enthalten 0,6 mM Levamisol, um die endogene alkalische Phosphataseaktivität zu blockieren. SIGMAFAST™ Fast Red TR/Naphthol AS-MX Tabletten erfordern keine zusätzlichen Schritte oder Puffer, um eine aktive Substratlösung herzustellen.
SIGMAFAST Fast Red TR/Naphthol AS-MX-Tabletten werden wie folgt verwendet:
- bei der alkalischen Phosphatasefärbung in Organschnitten
- zum Färben von chondrogenen Sphäroiden in immunhistochemischen Untersuchungen
- zum Nachweis von Hybridisierungssignalen in situ in mRNA-Hybridisierungsstudien von humanen Gaumenmandelschnitten
Preparation Note
