Application

Recombinant Molecular Weight Marker has been used for determining the size of protein bands in western blot and sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).

Physical form

Lösung mit ca. 0.8 mg/mL Gesamtprotein in 125 mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.8, 2% SDS, 10% Glycerin, 200 mM 2-Mercaptoethanol, 0.007% Bromphenolblau.

Other Notes

Der rekombinante Molekulargewichts-Standard für SDS-PAGE enthält sieben genau dimensioniert Proteine, MW 15, 25, 35, 50, 75, 100 und 150 kDa. Rekombinante Proteine produzieren scharfe Banden für eine präzise Größenbestimmung, da sie nicht glykosyliert sind.
