General description
Das SeqPlex™ Enhanced DNA-Amplifikations-Kit für die Amplifikation des Gesamtgenoms (GGA) wurde entwickelt, um das Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) von extrem geringen Mengen oder von zersetzter / stark fragmentierter DNA zu erleichtern. Die Ausbeuten von Chromatin-Immunpräzipitation (ChIP) oder Formalin-fixierten, in Paraffin eingebetteten (FFPE) Gewebeproben sind oft nicht ausreichend, um erfolgreich eine Bibliothek für Next Generation Sequencing zu erstellen. Mit dem SeqPlex-Kit können derartige und andere Proben mit geringen Mengen oder stark fragmentierter DNA für NGS-Arbeitsabläufe vorab amplifiziert werden. Dieses Kit ist eine Erweiterung der GGA-Produktlinie und wurde für die Integration in die Illumina®-, SOLiD™- oder 454-Sequenzierungsabläufen entwickelt.
