as a wetting agent to study its effects on the floatability of six plastics to permeabilize washed neutrophils for immunofluorescence as a supplement in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) for immunocytochemistry

Glycoside used as a nonionic sufactant and adjuvant in vaccine development.

Saponine sind nichtionische Tenside, die Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen bilden, und dient als Schutzkolloid. Sie werden für die direkte Bestimmung von Metallen in Milch mittels Flammen-Atomabsorptionsspektrophotometrie verwendet.

Saponins are nonionic surfactant that forms oil-in-water emulsions and acts as a protective colloid. They are used for the direct determination of metals in milk by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
