Biochem/physiol Actions

Natürlich vorkommendes Phenylpropen-Derivat das in geringerer Konzentration Estrogen und in höherer Konzentration zytotoxisch auf Krebszellenlinien wirkt. Die Cytotoxizität beruht auf dem Metabolismus des trans-Anethol zu 4-Hydroxy-1-propenylbenzol.
