Biochem/physiol Actions

Cetirizin-hydrochlorid ist ein nicht-sedierender Typ Histamin H1-Rezeptorantagonist.

Cetirizin-hydrochlorid ist ein oral wirksamer und selektiver H1-Rezeptorantagonist. Ein antihistaminisch wirksames Piperazinderivat. Ein nicht-sedierender Typ Histamin H1-Rezeptorantagonist. Hauptmetabolit von Hydroxyzin. Pharmakologisch wirksam ist vor allem das (R)-Enantiomer.
