Quercetin Dihydrat ist ein Flavonoid mit antitumor Aktivität

Quercetin-Dihydrat ist ein Flavonoid mit Antitumor-Aktivität. Quercetin ist ein Hemmer der mitochondrialen ATPase und Phosphodiesterase. Es hemmt die PI3-Kinase-Aktivität und hemmt leicht die PIP-Kinase-Aktivität. Quercetin hat antiproliferative Wirkung auf Krebszelllinien, reduziert das Wachstum von Krebszellen über Typ-II-Östrogen-Rezeptoren und hält menschliche leukämischeT-Zellen in der späten G1-Phase des Zellzyklus.
