Description générale

Profiling both IgG and IgM autoantibodies in biological samples provides valuable insights into the immune response and potential disease conditions. While IgM autoantibodies are typically associated with a recent or concurrent immune response, IgG autoantibodies are suggestive of more chronic or persistent autoimmune processes.

Application

MILLIPLEX^® Qualified assays undergo rigourous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously measure antigen-specific IgG and IgM antibodies in human serum and plasma, when used in combination with MILLIPLEX^® serology assays. The MILLIPLEX^® Dual Reporter Autoantibody IgG/IgM Reagent Pack is a complementary add-on to any of the following MILLIPLEX^® kits:
