Deskripsi

General description

Standardized, concentrated cell culture supernatant, non-diafiltered, minimal pH buffering. For the formulation of Anti-C blood typing reagents or devices. Like most polyclonal Anti-C reagents,it gives weaker reactions with the rare R2RZ type than other C positive genotypes. MS-24 agglutinates C positive red cells in the presence of Cx or Cw antigens, but testing with rare C negative, Cw positive cells has shown that it does not cross react with the Cw antigen. Contains 0.1% (w/v) Sodium Azide. Shelf Life: 24 months from date of filtration. Licensed by the US FDA under a shared manufacturing arrangement.
