Deskripsi

General description

Standardized, concentrated cell culture supernatant which has been diafiltered with phosphate buffered saline. For the formulation of Anti-e blood typing reagents or devices. MS-21 has a broad but subtly different specificity to MS-16. It reacts with some e-variants (including RH:- 34, which MS-16 does not agglutinate). It has been reported as giving negative reactions with RN/RN samples. Contains 0.1% (w/v) Sodium Azide; Shelf Life: 24 months from date of filtration. Licensed by the US FDA under a shared manufacturing arrangement.
