Application
ホスファターゼインヒビターカクテル1は、核たんぱく質分離およびカテニン活性化用の電気泳動的移動度シフト分析（EMSA）で使用されてきました。また、ウェスタンブロット解析にも使用されてきました。

ホスファターゼは、多くの重要な生物学的プロセスの活性な調節装置です。小分子によりホスファターゼを抑制することは、ホスファターゼの生物学的役割を研究する上で有効です。
General description
ホスファターゼインヒビターカクテル1は、アルカリホスフォターゼのL-イソ酵素ならびに、PP1やPP2Aのようなセリン／トレオニンタンパク質を抑制するインヒビターの混合物を含みます。本製品は、ミクロシスチンLR、カンタリジン、および(−)-p-bromotetramisoleを含みます。ホスファターゼインヒビターカクテル1は、P0044で代替されてきました。
