mPAGE 4-12% bis-tris gels for high resolution protein separation
Western Blotting
- Load up to 60 μl sample / well
- Typical run time 30 min (MES, 180V) or 34 min (MOPS, 200V)
- Reverse gasket when using with Bio-Rad Mini-PROTEAN systems
- Use adapter (MPTA) with XCell SureLock and other compatible systems
