Human ovarian epithelial-mucinous carcinoma cell line established from a solid primary tumour. Anchorage-independent growth in agar has been reported.

Preparation Note

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Split confluent cultures 1:4 to 1:10 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm² using trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
