General description
Metoda odpowiada normie ISO 23697-1, normie standaryzującej stosowanie tej "metody zamkniętej probówki na małą skalę" dla tego ważnego parametru. Fermentacja jest analogiczna do EN ISO 11905-1. Oznaczanie azotanów jest analogiczne do normy DIN 38405-9.
Test komórkowy Spectroquant® Nitrogen (total) Cell Test umożliwia wiarygodne oznaczenie azotu całkowitego w próbkach wody. Azot całkowity jest sumą całkowitego azotu Kjeldahla (azot organiczny i amoniak), azotanów i azotynów. Przed oznaczeniem próbka musi zostać poddana trawieniu w celu przeniesienia organicznych i nieorganicznych związków zawierających azot do azotanu, który następnie reaguje do związku analizowanego fotometrycznie.
Testy komórkowe Spectroquant® są dostarczane z fabrycznie napełnionymi okrągłymi kuwetami 16 mm i wszystkimi odczynnikami wymaganymi do przeprowadzenia analizy zgodnie z dostarczoną ulotką z instrukcjami.
