General description
pIEx-5 encodes the signal peptide of adipokinetic hormone (AKH) to allow secretion of the expressed protein, and C-terminal S•Tag and His•Tag coding sequences. For sequencing or PCR of recombinants in pIEx-5, refer to the table below to choose the appropriate primers.
