General description

This product aligns with one or more of the 12 Principles of Green Chemistry. This product is an environmentally-friendly, non-toxic alternative and eliminates the need for xylene when working with paraffin-embedded tissue, and thus aligns with "Waste Prevention", and ″Designing Safer Chemicals″. Trilogy^® Pretreatment Solution is intended to be used for immunohistochemical assays on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. Using this product eliminates the need for multiple solutions to deparaffinize, rehydrate, and antigen retrieve FFPE tissue samples.¹ The use of a single solution allows for a standardized pretreatment protocol that produces consistent and reliable results when used in conjunction with Cell Marque Primary Antibodies.
