Opis

General description

Cultured cells in a suspension can be cryopreserved with minimal damage from freezing and thawing steps. CryoSOfree^™ DMSO-free cryopreservation medium preserves them with high viability and physiological activity. This medium is recommended for the preservation of stem cells, hepatocytes, tissue sample and a wide variety of cell types and established cell lines. CryoSOfree^™ DMSO-free cryopreservation medium is a proprietary formulation, containing no DMSO nor animal proteins. It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.

This product aligns with one or more of the 12 Principles of Green ChemistryThis product has Inherently Safer Chemistry, compared to the standard use of DMSO for cryopreservation of cell cultures.

Application

CryoSOfree is a chemically defined DMSO-free cryopreservation medium. It is animal component free and has been shown to preserve the potential of stem cell for differentiation.
