Ludzka linia komórkowa glejaka wielopostaciowego pochodząca od 65-letniego mężczyzny. Wyniki analizy immunocytochemicznej dla GFAP, Vimentin, NestiN i CD33 były pozytywne w komórkach wczesnego i późnego przejścia. Metylacja MGMT była ujemna. Kariotyp: Prawie tetraploidalny; zakres od 88 do 91 z dwiema kopiami markerów: der(6;7;12;)del(6q ), t(6;11), t(6;17) del(17q). Sześć kopii chromosomu 7 i inne rearanżacje z utratą i wzmocnieniem fragmentów chromosomów obejmujących chromosomy 1,2,3,5,10,9,19,20. Obecne są chromosomy X i Y. Preparation Note

DMEM:HAMS F12 (1:1) + 2mM Glutamina + 10% Płodowa surowica bydlęca (FBS)

Rozdzielić subkonfluentne hodowle (70-80%) w stosunku 1:3 do 1:5, tj. wysiać 3-4x10 000 ^komórek/cm2 przy użyciu 0,25% trypsyny lub trypsyny/EDTA; 5%_CO2; 37ºC.
