Preparation Note

DMEM + 2 mM glutaminy + 10% płodowej surowicy bydlęcej (FBS) + 1 mM 8-bromodeoksyurydyny. Komórki mogą być hodowane przy braku bromodeoksyurydyny.

Rozdzielenie subkonfluentnych kultur (70-80%) w stosunku 1:3 do 1:6, tj. wysiew 2-4x10 000 ^komórek/cm2 przy użyciu 0,05% trypsyny/EDTA; 5%_CO2; 37°C.
