General description
Application
- as a component of the M10 medium to culture CD133+ cells from biopsies of para-spinal and quadriceps muscle of Duchenne muscular dystrophy patients
- as a component of the proliferation medium for the expansion and cryopreservation of human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells cultured without feeder cells and human embryonic (ES) cell-derived mesoangioblast-like cells
- to culture the positive hybridomas during the production of mouse anti-chicken CD25 monoclonal antibodies
