Is the purity 100% stated on the certificate an as is value or an anhydrous value?

The percentage purity reported in the Certificate of Analysis refers to the peak area corresponding to pyridoxal 5-phosphate as a percentage of the total area of all peaks present in the chromatogram during HPLC analysis. The reported value for the "Purity (HPLC)" specification does not consider water content, unlike Certified Reference Materials. However, water content is determined as a separate specification.

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
