生化／生理作用
胆碱乙酰转移酶（CHAT）参与神经元中乙酰胆碱的合成。在胆碱能突触催化乙酰辅酶 A 和胆碱可逆合成乙酰胆碱（ACh）。CHAT催化乙酰辅酶 A 和胆碱之间的乙酰基转移。编码该蛋白的基因突变与先天性神经肌肉疾病有关。
预期会与禽类、鸡、豚鼠、猴子、大鼠和对虾发生交叉反应。
