在存在腺苷酸环化酶的存在下，由ATP合成腺苷3′,5′-环一磷酸(cAMP)。 cAMP主要用作免疫化学检测分析中的标记。[1]胞内cAMP水平控制着免疫和炎症功能。细菌感染可触发胞内cAMP产生。[2] cAMP水平升高可调节癌细胞中的促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK) 。cAMP水平改变与白内障和心血管疾病的发病机理有关。 cAMP水平降低会触发糖尿病中胰岛素分泌受损。[3]

應用

腺苷3′,5′-环一磷酸三盐已被用作人类子宫内膜间质细胞 (hESC) 培养[4]和诱导神经干细胞(iNSC)的培养基补充剂。[5]它已用于pink flamindo（红色 cAMP 指示剂）的光谱表征。[6]

生化／生理作用
