生化/生理作用

L-谷氨酰对硝基苯胺(GPNA)通常用于阻断谷氨酰胺(Gln)转运蛋白丙氨酸丝氨酸半胱氨酸转运蛋白 2(ASCT2)。它还可以抑制钠依赖性和非依赖性氨基酸转运蛋白。GPNA是γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)底物,在γ-谷氨酰基键的水解和随后的生色剂对硝基苯胺(PNA)的释放中起着关键作用。[2]
