Application

General description

Astec CHIROBIOTIC® CSP(手性固定相)通过多种分子相互作用与可电离的极性和中性分析物相互作用。该属性使其具有广泛的通用性,从而使其可用于各种流动相。另一个特点存在离子相互作用,使它们可用于反相和极性离子模式进行敏感的 LC-MS 操作。CHIROBIOTIC® V 是基于结合万古霉素,万古霉素包含 18 个手性中心,周围有 3 个空腔或口袋。这些空腔被 5 个芳香环包围。氢受体和供体位点非常靠近环结构。CHIROBIOTIC® V 与糖蛋白相的选择性相似,不同之处在于它具有较高的样品容量,并且在 0-100% 的有机改性剂中稳定。
