最终工作稀释度必须由最终使用者进行确定。

方案：
底物载玻片：
1.刮取细胞并放入显微镜载玻片的凹槽中。
2.风干。
3.在+4°C的冷丙酮中固定10分钟。
染色：
1.加入15 μL稀释的脊髓灰质炎抗体。
2.在湿度箱中于+37°C下孵育30分钟。
3.在PBS中冲洗5分钟；用新鲜的PBS重复。
4.加入15 μL稀释的标记抗体。
5.重复步骤2和3。
6.用缓冲甘油封片。
最终工作稀释度必须由最终使用者进行确定。
