Anwendungsgebiete von 3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propylmethacrylat (TMSPMA):
- Als Linker-Molekül zur Synthese eines Gerüsts auf der Basis eines TMSPMA-polyedrischen oligomeren Silsesquioxan-(POSS)-Hybrids für potenzielle Anwendungen in der Gewebetechnik.
- Als Kupplungsmittel zur Präparation von durch sichtbares Licht härtbare Urethan-modifizierte Epoxidharz-Acrylat/SiO2-Verbundwerkstoffen zur Verbesserung der Haftung zwischen Füller, SiO2-Nanopartikeln und Harzmatrix. Diese Verbundwerkstoffe sind darüber hinaus als Restaurationsmaterialien in der Zahnmedizin geeignet.
- Als Monomer zur Synthese eines Polymer-Elektrolytmaterials für den Einsatz in Lithium-Ionen-Akkus.
- Als Silan-Kupplungsmittel für die Modifizierung von TiO2-Nanopartikeln. TMPSM-modifiziertes Nano-TiO2 weist in Wasser eine ausgezeichnete Stabilität auf und eignet sich daher für die Polymer-Nanoverbundmaterialverarbeitung.
- Ein Monomer bei der Synthese reaktiver Block-Copolymere über Atom-Transfer-Radical-Polymerisation. Diese Block-Copolymere können zur Konstruktion einer Vielzahl von Hybrid-Nanomaterialien verwendet werden.
General description
3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propylmethacrylat (TMSPMA) wird häufig als Monomer und als Kupplungsmittel bei Polymerisationsreaktionen verwendet. Es wurde mit anderen Monomeren wie Styrol oder Acryl copolymerisiert, um Polymerfolien mit verbesserten mechanischen Eigenschaften und verbesserter Haftung auf verschiedenen Substraten herzustellen. Außerdem verbessert es die Stabilität des Polymers gegenüber UV-Strahlung. Darüber hinaus wird TMSPMA auch als Vernetzungsmittel in Polymergelen verwendet, da es mit anderen funktionellen Gruppen wie Hydroxyl- oder Carboxylgruppen reagiert, um stabile kovalente Bindungen zu bilden, die die mechanischen Eigenschaften des Polymers verbessern. Darüber hinaus wurde TMSPMA auch in verschiedenen Bereichen eingesetzt, darunter Lithium-Ionen-Akkus, technische Anwendungen für Restaurationsmaterialien in der Zahnmedizin und verschiedene andere biomedizinische Anwendungen.

If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life.
