Application

Das aus zwei Komponenten bestehende mit DAB (3,3′-Diaminobenzidin-Tetrahydrochlorid) verbesserte Flüssigsubstratsystem ist ein präzipitierendes Substratsystem für Peroxidase. Das aus zwei Komponente bestehende DAB-Flüssigsubstratsystem erzeugt ein braunes Präzipat zur Verwendung in immunhistologischen und Immunblot-Färbungsverfahren.

Biochem/physiol Actions

3,3′-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) is a chromogenic substrate for peroxidase enzyme. It is converted to an insoluble precipitate after oxidation by peroxidase. This feature is exploited for visualization in histochemical (HC) and immunohistochemical (IHC) staining.

Packaging

Set consists of 4 x 100 ml Solution A and 15 ml Solution B.

Preparation Note

Each DAB Two-component Liquid Substrate System will provide 500 mL of the DAB substrate solution.
