Descrizione generale

A wide range of MagniSolv deuterated solvents with extremely low residual water, excellent chemical purity, and the highest isotopic enrichment available can satisfy the most demanding requirements of researchers. Depending on application and sensitivity of the NMR spectrometer our offer solvents with deuteration degrees between 98% and 99.96%. In case of all the water soluble deuterated standard products, water content is specified according to both Karl Fischer and NMR.

Applicazioni


  • Sensing the Bactericidal and Bacteriostatic Antimicrobial Mode of Action Using Raman Deuterium Stable Isotope Probing (DSIP) in Escherichia coli.: This research demonstrates a novel application of Raman spectroscopy enhanced by Deuterium oxide to discern antimicrobial mechanisms (Karlo et al., 2024).


  • Dependence on relative humidity in the formation of reactive oxygen species in water droplets.: Investigates how relative humidity influences the generation of reactive oxygen species in water droplets, using analytical techniques that include Deuterium oxide (Mofidfar et al., 2024).


  • Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography-Hydrogen/Deuterium Exchange-Mass Spectrometry (HILIC-HDX-MS) for Untargeted Metabolomics.: This study presents a method integrating Deuterium oxide for untargeted metabolomic analyses, providing a comprehensive approach to biochemical analysis (Cajka et al., 2024).


  • Blood compatibility of poly(propylene glycol diester) and its water structure observed by differential scanning calorimetry and (2)H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.: Explores the interaction between polymers and water, where Deuterium oxide plays a crucial role in enhancing the sensitivity of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (Mochizuki et al., 2024).

  1. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

  2. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.
