Application

Il perossido di idrogeno è stato usato in immunoistochimica per l′eNOS.[1] Inoltre è stato usato per lo sviluppo del colore durante il rilevamento degli anticorpi anti-protrombina e anti-beta 2 glicoproteina I.[2] È stato inoltre usato come supplemento nella soluzione salina tamponata di Hank per valutare l′attività funzionale della mieloperossidasi.[3]

Biochem/physiol Actions

Il perossido di idrogeno (H2O2) è un forte ossidante e può indurre la morte neuronale in neuroni corticali in coltura attraverso una via apoptotica.[4] Il burst ossidativo favorito dal perossido di idrogeno è un meccanismo chiave delle difesa dei vegetali durante un′interazione incompatibile. Il perossido di idrogeno iniettato nel riso transgenico induce la morte cellulare e aumenta la resistenza ai patogeni batterici e fungini.[5]

If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
