- cDNA産物にすべての転写配列が最適に反映されるように、マスターミックスにはランダマーおよびオリゴ（dT）プライマーを一定の比率で配合しています。
- 高い再現性：このキットのマスターミックスは混合済みであるため、成分の混合が必要な他のキットに固有の変動性が排除されます。
- RNアーゼH(+)モロニーマウス白血病ウイルス（MMLV）逆転写酵素により、残存RNAによるPCR増幅妨害が確実に防止されます。
- テンプレートのインプット量の範囲が広いため、希少遺伝子と高発現遺伝子の両方を逆転写します。
- 便利な5倍マスターミックス処方により、すばやく簡単に反応をセットアップできます。RNAテンプレートを添加するだけです。
- 便利な5Xマスターミックス処方により、すばやく簡単に反応をセットアップできます。RNAテンプレートを添加するだけです。
- ランダマー、oligodTプライマー、およびモロニーマウス白血病ウイルス（MMLV）逆転写酵素のRNAse H+誘導体を独自のブレンドで含有します。
- わずか40分で、バイアスのない正確なRNAからcDNAへの変換が可能です。
- 1回の20 μL反応で最大1 μgのRNAを使用できます。反応のスケールアップも可能です。
- 非常に安定です。-20°Cで最大1年間保存できます。4°Cでは最大1か月間。
