一般說明
该Spectroquant®氯测试可以准确定量各种水中的氯。氯化消毒剂仍被广泛使用，主要用于饮用水和游泳池中的氯化处理。在弱酸性溶液中，游离氯与二丙基对苯二胺（DPD）反应形成红紫染料，该染料通过光度法测定。在存在碘化钾的情况下，在该反应中还测量了结合的氯。
该方法类似于 EPA 330.5、APHA 4500-Cl2 G和 DIN EN ISO 7393-2。
