方法：比色法，根据Neßler，带色卡与载玻片比较器 0.5 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 5 - 7 - 10 mg/l NH₄⁺ MQuant®
该MQuant®铵测试（原MColortest®）适用于使用简单易用的比色卡进行比色法检测。测试对象包括未处理样品，因此即使是混浊和有色的水样也能用于分析。该测试检测诸如地下水和地表水、海水、饮用水和水族馆用水中的氨离子和溶解氨。铵氮(NH4-N)部分以铵离子形态存在，部分为氨形态。两种形态之间存在pH依赖性平衡。

分析方法
铵离子与Neßler试剂反应形成黄棕色化合物。通过匹配测试液颜色与比色卡值，可半定量测定铵浓度。

该测试可用于：
  • 地下水和地表水
  • 饮用水
  • 废水
  • 水族馆水、水产养殖水
  • 锅炉及锅炉给水、冷却水
  • 游泳池水
  • 经过适当样品预处理的土壤和肥料

此测试不适用于海水。
