该Spectroquant® 氮（总）比色池测试可以可靠地测定水样品中的总氮。总氮是凯氏定氮（有机氮和还原氮，氨）、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的总和。在测定之前，样品需要消化才能将含有机和无机氮化合物转化为硝酸盐，硝酸盐进一步反应形成一种可用光度法分析的化合物。
该Spectroquant® 比色池测试包含预装试剂的16 mm圆形比色池，以及根据说明书进行分析所需的所有试剂。
所有的Spectroquant®比色池和试剂测试试剂盒都配备了独特的实时ID（2维码），可实现无缝方法识别，并包含相关必要信息，例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
