一般說明

在中草药紫草中发现的萘醌。具有显著的抗菌、抗炎和抗肿瘤活性。抑制TNF-α和B-16黑色素瘤诱导的小鼠血管生成。在体外阻断整合素αVβ3的表达，并抑制内皮细胞增殖和迁移。还在HL60人早幼粒细胞白血病细胞系中诱导细胞凋亡。选择性阻断PKM2(IC₅₀<1 µM)而非PKM1和PKL活性，（IC₅₀在10-20 µM范围内），并抑制癌细胞糖酵解。
