This Anti-Plexin-A1 Antibody is validated for use in WB for the detection of Plexin-A1.
Western blot: 1:1,000 on neonatal rat brain and COS-7 cells transfected with mouse Plexin-A1. The antibody reacts with the ~220 kDa protein. The suggested antibody diluent is PBS containing 5% non-fat milk and 0.04% Tween 20. Other bands may be present depending on the concentration of antibody and sample used. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 1 mg/mL BSA and 0.05% sodium azide.

This product is tested for suitability in rats and humans. Suitability in zebrafish has not been tested and would have to be determined by the end user.
