一般說明

超滤膜一般由再生纤维素或聚醚砜(PES)组成。材质的选择主要取决于样品相容性。截留分子量(NMWCO)的选择视待截留的大分子溶质分子量(MW)而定。滤膜的选择对性能至关重要。根据经验,使用再生纤维素膜时,截留分子量应比待截留溶质的分子量小2-3倍,而使用Biomax® PES滤膜时,应小4-5倍。洗滤时,可使用超滤膜,配搭离心和加压超滤装置(例如,Amicon®搅拌式超滤杯)实现高效的缓冲液置换。不同于透析管,超滤膜可同时用于样品浓缩和缓冲液置换,因此最大限度减少样品转移步骤,降低样品损失。

應用

超滤膜片(10 kDa NMW)已用于安装在超滤装置中,用于日本裂殖酵母(Schizosaccharomyces japonicus)酒精发酵后的多糖回收和纯化。[1]
